We have been very busy on the education side of ThingLink over the course of the past year and we are pleased to see our community of educators growing considerably. We now offer district level verified organization accounts,  a designated classroom workspace for teachers and their students and ThingLink for Video! We have remodeled and improved our teacher management features and we've updated our amazing iOS app to be even better for educational use. We thought you might appreciate some resources to help you embrace our full-featured education platform.

ThingLink Classroom Management

We created this guide to help teachers get started with ThingLink for Education. Here you will learn how to signup for an education account, invite students, use the dashboard, manage students and groups, and design a ThingLink powered lesson. View the slideshow with live video tutorials built in, or print a copy of the handout for later use.

Free Webinar: ThingLink District Level Accounts

With the announcement of verified accounts for educational organizations we thought it would be a great idea to offer a free webinar to provide stakeholders with an overview of the features and inspiring examples of ways to use ThingLink within an organization. We hope you can join us live on March 24th at 8:00 PM EST. If you can't make it, please sign up to receive a copy of the archive.

During the webinar you will learn how to

  • Use a single invitation code to invite all staff and students within your organization to join your district level ThingLink EDU account.
  • Easily manage teachers, students, and groups within your organization through a handy dashboard.
  • Create, curate and share resources across all content areas and grade levels within your school district.

Expert Educator Roundup

We are once again rounding up talented educators who are interested in joining our professional learning network of Expert Educators. This is a great opportunity to learn, share and grow within our professional learning community and it is a great idea for verified educational organizations to have a ThingLink Expert Educator on staff.
